Bruton Knowles promotes infrastructure expert to partner

Property consultants Bruton Knowles has promoted compensation specialist and RICS registered valuer Andrew Prowse to partner.

Andrew joined the Nottingham firm in April 2008 as a senior surveyor, and became an associate in the business in November 2012.

With a background in professional services, Andrew specialises in compulsory purchase and compensation and acts for acquiring authorities and private clients throughout the UK.

He has wide experience of infrastructure initiatives, with his specialist expertise especially relevant, given the current focus on major local and national transport projects such as HS2.

Bruton Knowles Nottingham is currently recruiting for a compensation and valuation surveyor to join the well-established team of property experts. The role will involve a variety of compensation work as well as under taking property valuations. Formal qualification to degree level that is accredited by the RICS and/or qualified as a technical or member of the RICS is necessary.

Bruton Knowles is also recruiting for a junior administrator to operate with senior managers and to assist with administrative support from the Nottingham office.
