CEG acquires Rotherham business park asset

Three buildings at Callflex Business Park in Rotherham have been acquired by CEG on behalf of their investors for an undisclosed sum.

Cushman & Wakefield acted for CEG whilst Knight Frank advised the vendor, Bourdon Park SARL.

The three detached office buildings which total 97,000 sq ft, are multi-let to Port@l, Telereal Trillium and Keepmoat generating a rental income of £766,346 per annum with an average weighted unexpired term of approximately two years. The buildings are situated in a prominent position in the established commercial area of Dearne Valley.
