Bruton Knowles awarded property portfolio contract by Sutton Harbour Holdings Plc

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, the award-winning waterfront regeneration and destination creation specialist, has appointed the Plymouth office of Bruton Knowles to deliver its estate management function.

Bruton Knowles’ input is focussed on the operations of the company at its two prime Plymouth sites, Sutton Harbour in the historic heart of the city, and King Point Marina in nearby Millbay.

Taking immediate effect, the team of property specialists will now provide the AIM listed company with advice across its property, development, and operational portfolio, dealing with property management, agency, landlord and tenant relations and business rates.

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc is the parent company of businesses including Plymouth Fisheries, the second largest fish market in England, the 5 Gold Anchor Marina at Sutton Harbour and King Point Marina in Millbay, various car parking sites in Plymouth, and businesses engaged in waterfront property investment.

The company is leading the widespread regeneration of Plymouth’s famous waterfront, with mixed-use developments created and historic buildings renovated and let to new tenants.
