On behalf of long term clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has secured another letting of over 40,000ft² of prime space, this time at Junction 27 of the M1 Motorway to Performance Health International Limited.
In conjunction with joint agents NG Chartered Surveyors, Tim Gilbertson was appointed by the owners, his long term clients, to dispose of this excellent warehouse which sits just off the M1, benefiting from large yard and car park and superbly presented warehouse space.
The deal concluded sees Performance Health International take an additional facility to augment their state of the art distribution base at Junction 28 of the M1.
In a market starved of good quality space this is one of the few buildings that has been available in recent times as Tim Gilbertson explained:
“Having moved, as a result of this deal, over 160,000ft² of space up and down the M1 over the last few months, it is great to see another high calibre occupier becoming a tenant at one of my long standing client’s premises.
However, the disposal is tinged with disappointment too, as with yet another good quality building let on the M1 Corridor in the East Midlands this further deprives the market of much needed stock.
The deal to provide Performance Health International with additional space ran smoothly throughout and they have been a pleasure to deal with during negotiations. I wish them well for their future and their ongoing growth and it does seem as if their continued expansion will be an undoubted success.
Again with this disposal I had to disappoint another couple of interested parties so I am actively looking for new opportunities to market in this size range, and indeed smaller and larger too, to meet what remains good demand from any number of unsatisfied requirements in the market place. I would be delighted to speak to any potential vendor or landlord clients accordingly.”
