For the second time in three years, Chancerygate has been named Developer of the Year at the Industrial Agents Society Awards.
Now in their 30th year, the awards celebrate the success and achievements of the industrial property sector and are voted on by industrial property agents from across the UK.
Chancerygate Development Director, Alastair King, comments: “Our team are absolutely delighted by the award. We would like to say a big thank you to our nationwide network of agents who have supported us in working toward some outstanding results this year.
“We have maintained our belief in speculative development and in just over 12 months have invested more than £40m in purchasing 16 sites to create an ongoing development pipeline of more than 1m sq ft. This added to the 1m sq ft that we built and disposed of in the same period.”
Chancerygate won the award in competition with a shortlist of developers comprising Goodman, IM Properties, Prologis, Roxhill and Stoford.
