Trent Bridge retail investment changes hands for £1.3million

Savills, on behalf of a private investor, has sold the freehold of 286-288 Arkwright Street and 1-3 Victoria Embankment on Trent Bridge in Nottingham to Carlton Street Trading Limited for £1.3 million.

The prominently located mixed use property comprises 8,668 sq ft (805 sq m) of retail space set across the ground, first and second floors of the building. Let to two tenants, Topknot Hair & Beauty and Arkwright Dry Cleaners Ltd, the asset generates an annual rental income of £77,000.
