BB&J Commercial have announced the successful letting of the former Derby Plating Services unit at 146 & 148 Abbey Street, Derby, on behalf of their retained client.
Following high levels of interest, this well located industrial / manufacturing unit located close to Derby City Centre has been successfully let to OM SRI ENTERPRISE LIMITED, who will transform the property into an Asian supermarket.
