Law firm moves into Incubator building at Alconbury Weald

Savills, on behalf of Urban & Civic, has let office space in the Incubator building at Alconbury Weald’s Enterprise Campus to Roythornes Solicitors.

The top 150 commercial law firm has agreed to a new three-year lease for the suite, which will allow the solicitors to expand its offering across East Anglia.

William Rose, director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Upon completion, Alconbury’s Enterprise Campus is set to comprise up to 1,000,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation that will benefit from Enterprise Zone status. As a result, this is the ideal hub for Roythornes as it looks to expand in the region, taking advantage of the schemes excellent connectivity to key locations across East Anglia.”

Vember Mortlock, managing director of Roythornes, adds: ““The new office has great connections into areas like Greater Cambridgeshire where we believe the economy is set to keep growing. We want to be part of that development, and with a number of our people already living in the region it made sense to open an office in this area.”
