Refurbished office space pulls in recruiters to Bristol city centre

Leading recruitment agency, g2 Recruitment has acquired newly refurbished space at Broad Quay House in Bristol city centre. The letting, agreed by DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL) and Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of Standard Life Investments, is the first since the office scheme underwent a recent comprehensive refurbishment.

g2 Recruitment has taken 3,465 sq ft on the fourth floor of the building, located on Broad Quay floating harbour, on a 10 year lease

Broad Quay House underwent a substantial refurbishment last year and it now offers grade A accommodation. The building, which comprises 76,500 sq ft arranged over eight floors, is one of the most prominent in the city centre and benefits from raised floors, air conditioning with direct views of both the harbour and Queen Square.

Andy Heath, Director, Office agency at DTZ in Bristol, commented: “This is a great example of how a substantial refurbishment can help breathe new life into a building and attract tenants seeking centrally located, good quality accommodation. The building’s location offers the best of both worlds with close proximity to Bristol Temple Meads station, easy access to Queen Square and Clifton as well as excellent views of the harbor and Queen Square.”

g2 is a leading recruitment agency, providing recruitment services across the UK and globally. It has additional offices in Manchester, Amsterdam and Houston, Texas.
