Property sector activity prompts new appointment at Bruton Knowles

Daniel Gadd, Bruton Knowles

Leading Welsh-based property specialists Bruton Knowles has strengthened its Cardiff team with the appointment of graduate surveyor Daniel Gadd.

Originally from Ynysybwl, Daniel joins the fast-growing firm after completing his surveying degree at UWE in Brsitol.

Having already gained five years’ experience in the property sector, Daniel’s appointment complements the already successful and highly experienced team which advises on a wide range of commercial property areas.

Daniel said: “Given the significant increase in commercial property activity across Wales this is a particularly exciting time to join what is a very active office.

“Bruton Knowles covers a range of areas in the construction market with a number of offices located throughout the UK.

“Surrounding myself with people who have a wealth and diverse knowledge in the industry will only benefit my own knowledge, career development and more importantly the advice I will provide clients.”

Nick Worman, one of Bruton Knowles, Cardiff most experienced members of staff added: “We are delighted to have Daniel on board. His appointment is timely given the Cardiff teams fast expanding workload and activity across the Welsh commercial and residential sectors.

“We have recently made a number of key appointments to keep pace with the workload, especially in valuations, property management, compensation, social housing, lease consultancy and business rates work.

“We are also looking to recruit further high calibre staff to help our growth plans. We wish Daniel all very best in his new role and welcome him to the team.”
