The industrial unit was available at a rent of £37,950 per annum. The building had a gross internal area of 523.50 m2 (5,632 ft2) including a 2 storey office section. The building had a minimum eave height of 5.41 m (17’8) and outside had an asphalt yard surrounding the building with parking for approximately 25-30 vehicles.
