A popular Nottinghamshire business centre has been expanded thanks to significant demand from new occupiers.

Aspect Business Centre, located at Aspect Business Park near Bulwell, Nottinghamshire has been expanded to include an extra 10,400 sq ft of fully equipped, flexible-term serviced offices within a secure, landscaped business park environment.

The expansion takes the business centre to more than 27,000 sq ft of office accommodation, ideally positioned alongside Junction 26 of the M1 motorway and the A610 which offers efficient access to the Nottingham outer ring road and city centre.

Jon Higham, director at Rushcliffe Developments, said: “We recently expanded our Business Centre as the existing space works really well but was completely oversubscribed.

“We therefore took the decision to speculatively fit out some extra space within the building incorporating a similar high quality specification including suspended ceilings, top quality lighting and carpeted raised access floors for power and data, high speed internet access and modern office furniture.

“The offices are housed in an impressive, glass fronted building that is very modern and visually appealing. The social break-out areas are all large open plan spaces with shared meeting rooms and a range of offices that allow your business to grow.”

The engineering specialists Inspection Network Ltd were based in the original centre but due to growth relocated to the newly refurbished space earlier this year.

Managing director Gavin Mitchell couldn’t be happier with the new offices. He said: “We have been delighted with the move and the Aspect staff have been so helpful. We are confident that as we grow in the Midlands, Aspect will be able to accommodate us.

“We were the first company to move into the brand new expansion and the continued all-inclusive package, flexibility of space, management and secure car parking were all massive draws for us.”

Laura Jardine, surveyor at Innes England, is jointly responsible for marketing the premises. She added: “The Business Centre provides fantastic modern business accommodation, 24-hour security and great motorway links so is the perfect spot for any business looking to relocate.

“The major draw is the simple agreement with easy in and out terms to give businesses total flexibility. We are confident that the remaining offices will soon be occupied.”
