PATRIZIA, the manager of Birchwood Park, Warrington, has completed the letting of its second warehouse unit at Cavendish Avenue, welcoming national flooring solutions provider Bathgate Flooring to the park.
Bathgate Flooring has acquired 711 Cavendish Avenue, a 13,965 sq ft warehouse, moving from Warrington Town Centre. The move gives Bathgate Flooring Enterprise Zone status, and means the business will be able to take advantage of the range of benefits available to occupiers within the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone, including savings of up to £275k on business rates over 5 years.

Bathgate Flooring is part of the Bathgate Group of companies, which specialise in areas including silica sand, horticultural products, bulk powder haulage, manufacture and installation of raised access flooring, IT and hosting services and business finance solutions.

Completed in May 2016, 711-713 Cavendish Avenue was built speculatively in response to the growing demand in the region. Bathgate Flooring will now join global medical diagnostics company, Werfen, who recently completed the fit-out of a 17,537 sq ft warehouse at neighbouring 712 Cavendish Avenue. Interest in the final remaining unit is strong.
