Law firm RadcliffesLeBrasseur strengthens Real Estate practice with new team

Law firm RadcliffesLeBrasseur has strengthened its Real Estate team with the appointment of a four-strong team from Veale Wasborough Vizards.

The team joined RadcliffesLeBrasseur in December 2016 and focus on the sale, purchase and management of residential and commercial real estate.

The four are partners Ping Leung, Philip Vickers and Hei Leung, and consultant Martin Standen.  Ping, Philip and Martin were all previously partners at Veale Wasborough Vizards in its London office.

The team adds to RadcliffesLeBrasseur’s considerable expertise in acting for wealthy overseas individuals, investors, trust companies and private banks on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate portfolios, and bring a strong client following in South Asia, the Far East and China.  Ping and Hei are fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Commenting on behalf of the four, Ping said: “We are excited by the move and the opportunities RadcliffesLeBrasseur brings.  The firm has a first class reputation, a strong client base and solid real estate practice.  We look forward to building and developing the real estate practice further.”

Karen Mayne, Partner and Head of Property at RadcliffesLeBrasseur said: “This is a significant move for this team and our firm.  Individually, all four have terrific reputations and client followings, and to bring the entire team across is testament to the strength and profile RadcliffesLeBrasseur has in the London market.  I look forward to working alongside them and to the contributions they will bring.”

Tim Newsome, Senior Partner at RadcliffesLeBrasseur, adds: “RadcliffesLeBrasseur is a progressive and expanding law firm.  Our clients are varied, including both businesses and private individuals based here in the UK and overseas.  We are thrilled by the team’s decision to join us: it is a real coup for the firm.”
