LSH boosts its Exeter property team

Zach Maiden

National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has boosted its Exeter property team with the appointment of a new surveyor.

Zach Maiden joins the team from Stratton Creber in Exeter, where he was a commercial agent working on property disposal, acquisition and investment services.

Prior to Stratton Creber, Zach worked at Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers, also in Exeter, where he conducted auction appraisals of land, residential and commercial properties.

At LSH, Zach will be working predominantly in the agency team in Exeter, dealing primarily with the industrial and retail sectors to further develop the division’s presence in Devon and Cornwall.

“I’m delighted to have joined Lambert Smith Hampton,” Zach said. “I look forward to being part of a dynamic, growing business and seeing its expansion in the South West region.”

Commenting, LSH Exeter Head of Office Simon Cornelius-Light said: “I’m pleased to be able to welcome Zach to our growing team. Zach’s strong South West connections and his broad experience across a number of commercial property disciplines will be invaluable as we continue to enhance client service levels, develop relationships and explore new opportunities in the region.”
