Leading Nottingham integrated engineering consultancy firm Millward has promoted four of its senior members of staff to the position of associate in recognition of the contribution that they make to the business and has recruited a new business development manager.

The new associates: Tim Osborne, Dave Hurst, Greg Caulton and Jason McKellar have, between them, twenty years experience with Millward.  Tim leads a team that manages projects for clients in the residential, care home and leisure sectors whilst Dave Hurst heads up the company’s projects in the waste to energy sectors.  Greg Caulton’s team oversees a number of retail and commercial projects and Jason McKellar heads the firm’s highways and drainage team, providing support to all the other teams.

In addition Zoe Summerfield has joined the firm as business development manager.  Zoe has many years experience in the construction industry, working for both consultants and contractors, most recently for Morgan Sindall.

Millward’s, managing director Nicola Millward said: “I am proud to have such outstanding members of the team who consistently demonstrate a real commitment to Millward and the brand that we have collectively built. The promotion of Tim, Dave, Greg and Jason is a reward for their efforts and recognises the senior roles that they now have in the business.  They always have the company’s best interests at heart and each of them has outstanding relationships with their clients.  They personify the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ value that we hold so dear.”

“I am delighted that Zoe has decided to join us too,” added Nicola. “Millward has enjoyed a period of growth over the last few years and we have some fantastic clients.  Zoe will play a key role in helping to develop the business further.”
