hlw Keeble Hawson will update recently qualified and experienced surveyors on property law at The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) South Yorkshire property law update  seminar on November 24.

Two of the firm’s specialist property solicitors – partner Andrew McKenzie Smith and associate James Alger – will present on commercial leases at the breakfast event which takes place at the practice’s Sheffield office at Commercial House, Commercial Street.

Andrew McKenzie Smith said: “As property law continues to evolve, it is important to update the industry on the latest developments in purchase, sales and lettings of all property types. The session will cover areas relating to commercial lease we are frequently consulted on that impact on surveyors, including the creation, assignment, renewal and termination of leases.”
