On behalf of a private investor, joint agents Fletcher Morgan and Savills have acquired the Castle View Shopping Centre in Caerphilly.
The centre comprises seven units with approx. total floorspace 24,000 sq ft on 2.5 acres of land, and was sold for circa £3.6m.
The private vendor was represented by Gerald Eve.
