The retail premises that sits on a prominent position opposite Argos and McDonalds, has good footfall and passing traffic, which initially attracted Torbay Fish Pedicure Limited.  The proprietor will offer customers the opportunity of placing their feet and ankles in a tank full of Garra Rufa fish, which nibble away at dead skin, leaving smooth and revitalized feet, along with refreshments and a soothing service.

Lee Southan, negotiator in Alder King’s Exeter office said: “The highly visible premises lends itself well for Torbay Fish Pedicure Limited.  The shop received good interest from retailers and alternative users, which shows there is strong demand for retail opportunities in the region, and we encourage those who are looking to market their property to contact us.”
