Commercial Property agents Whitmarsh Lockhart have appointed Chris Brooks and Mike Morley to the roles of Associate Partners.
The appointment comes after the firm has also confirmed the successful letting of approximately 600,000 sq ft of commercial space in the area in the last six weeks, and celebrated 20 years in business.
Chartered surveyors Chris and Mike will be working closely with Partners James Lockhart and Paul Whitmarsh in the management and development of the business.
Chris is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and has been with Whitmarsh Lockhart for five years. Mike joined the company earlier this year after graduating from Nottingham Trent University, having also spent his placement year at Whitmarsh Lockhart, and then working in property and asset management for a number of years including working in Australia.
