Property advisor Ryden has announced that Stuart Johnston has recently joined as a new partner within its Professional Group in Aberdeen.
Stuart joins from DM Hall, where he headed up the firm’s commercial property department in the North for the last five years. Prior to that he was a Director at CBRE.
Stuart has been based in Aberdeen for his entire career and is very well known within the North East property market. In his new role, he will work alongside existing partner Richard Lang and associate Lorna Greig within the Professional group to provide property valuation, rent review and business rates advice to the firm’s wide ranging client base. He will also help to grow and develop this key area of the company’s business.
In July, the team also welcomed Claire Robison as a Senior Surveyor. Claire also joined from DM Hall and she has over five years’ experience in commercial property valuation, development appraisals and lease consultancy.
