Property consultant JLL has expanded its Cost Management offering into the North West, with the formation of a new team that will advise on development and refurbishment projects in the region.
Associate Director Matt Handley has joined to head up the regional service and will grow a team of specialists providing a full suite of Cost Management services to support new and existing clients across the region. He joined JLL following nearly 16 years at global project and cost management firm Faithful & Gould.
As part of JLL’s 40-strong, national Cost Management team the new Manchester service will complement JLL’s established Building Consultancy, Project Management, Property and Asset Management and Development Agency teams based in the North West.
