Final phase of development begins at Beaufort Park, Chepstow

Work has begun to build nine industrial units on the final phase of the development at Beaufort Park in Chepstow.

The units will total 16,343 sqft in size starting from 1,187 sqft and provide much needed additional industrial / trade counter space in this popular location in close proximity to the original Severn Bridge. The Charnwood Group are developing and constructing the high quality units which provide significant flexibility in terms of size and also including the possibility of installing first floor accommodation to provide additional offices, if required.

The units will be available to rent from mid-2017 with joint agents M4 Property Consultants and Jenkins Best appointed by The Charnwood Group.

“The units built during the initial development have proven to be very popular and attracted largely national companies including Homebase, Basepoint serviced offices and Mon Motors with Chepstow Ford,” said Andrew Creighton of Charnwood Group. “To date we have provided retail and office space within the scheme. However, we believe that there is a lack of high quality industrial / trade counter units and that is what this final phase will provide.”
