Robert Hitchins invests £750,000 in Cardiff office refurbishment

Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd is investing £750,000 in the second phase of refurbishment at Eastern Business Park in Cardiff.

The internal refurbishment includes stripping back the current internal layout to a shell and core and installing new raised floors, suspended ceilings, LED lighting and a new air conditioning system.

The end result will be suites of between 5,000 and 40,000 sq ft on a single floorplate suitable for immediate occupation.

Eastern Business Park is a campus-style, modern complex at St Mellons on the eastern outskirts of the city with excellent access to the M4 and A48.

It was built in 1980, extended in 1994 and has since been substantially upgraded. The latest refurbishment is being carried out in Eastern One.
