CymruFuture announces first 2012 event

South Wales networking group, CymruFuture, is giving young professionals the chance to show off their general knowledge whilst making vital business connections at their annual quiz.

The event, which has been sponsored by Eversheds, will be held at Soda Lounge on Thursday the 29th March from 6.30pm.

Attendees will be encouraged to network at the fun and relaxed quiz night, which will include a champagne reception, as well as some free food and drink.

CymruFuture co-chair, Nicole Pearson, said: “There are so many networking events out there which follow the same structure so our goal has always been to do something a bit different. This is the third year for our quiz and it always goes down really well as it encourages networking in a much more informal way.”

Alan Meredith, Senior Office Partner from sponsors Eversheds, said: “Over the past few years a large number of our employees have taken part in the CymruFuture events so we are delighted to sponsor their annual quiz.   A lot of our staff are young professionals who don’t necessarily see the benefits of traditional networking, but CymruFuture allows them to make useful business contacts that they can use for years to come.”

Co-chair Tom Bedford, added: “We are very grateful to Eversheds for sponsoring this event. Not only does it allow us to meet the high standards that we set for these events, it also lends credibility to our organisation.”

CymruFuture consistently attracts over 150 attendees to its events.
