The future is bright for global information provider Legalinx-7side following strong growth after the introduction of a number of highly successful new services.

The company, which operates out of Cardiff and London, has seen demand for its property services soar since the business was acquired by GlobalX in 2011.

Over the last 24 months, Legalinx has seen its growth within the property market increase by 25%, and behind the success Victoria Jones, General Manager of Property Sales, said:

“We’re delighted to see demand for our services grow within the property market and our client-focused approach has really benefited us. With our helpdesk team on hand to offer advice and our ability to provide simplified and tailored packages, we have been able to really add value for our clients. Listening to the needs of our clients has given us the insight to make their lives easier and we are currently working on plans to take this even further.”

The introduction of new technologies has also been central to Legalinx’s success, and the company has provided a number of ground-breaking products to help clients in the legal and financial sectors.

To help streamline its company searches service, Legalinx has invested in a new platform that offers clients four different solutions to easily find information on Companies House Direct and Companies House Service. The introduction of the service has allowed clients to quickly obtain accurate company information, saving time and money.

Legalinx have also invested in cutting-edge technology to support their formations services to help ease administrative burdens for clients. The technology guides clients step-by-step through the administrative filing process of forming companies, drastically saving time and ensuring the incorporation process has been carried out in line with the latest legislation such as the next implementation of the SBEE Act 2015.

A number of senior promotions have also been made to help the company continue its growth strategy.

Victoria Jones has been promoted to General Manager of Property Sales, Charlotte Blair has moved to the role of General Manager of Business Intelligence, and Peter Booth has been promoted to General Manager of Corporate Sales.

Charlotte Blair, General Manager of Business Intelligence at Legalinx-7side, said: “After our acquisition in 2011 we looked closely at the market trends and what our competitors were doing, and we set out a long-term strategy to provide a unique offering to our clients. The increase in demand we have seen for our property services is testament to the work we have being doing.

“By better using technology we have been able to streamline our services and how we operate and this has played an important role in helping us to continue our market growth. We’re now in a great position to launch a number of innovative services and continue our current progress. It’s an exciting time for the company.”
