CBRE appointed on One Didsbury Point

CBRE’s Manchester office agency team has been appointed alongside Cushman & Wakefield on One Didsbury Point following its acquisition by Titanium Real Estate.

One Didsbury Point is a four storey Grade A office building situated close to Manchester city centre offering accommodation from 3,840 sq ft to 26,930 sq ft over large floor plates of 13,465 sq ft. The property is available to let at a quoting rent of £18.50psf and offers Grade A space with air conditioning, raised floors and a dramatic full-height glazed atrium entrance.

The office building occupies a prominent position fronting the A5103 Princess Road, the primary arterial route linking Manchester city centre and the regional motorway network. Withington Metrolink station is within a few minutes’ walk and provides a 15 minute journey time to Manchester city centre. The opening of a deli and gym immediately opposite One Didsbury Point means occupiers will benefit from excellent on site amenity.  In addition, the property is a short walk from a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars in West Didsbury, a selection of hotels and a Kids Unlimited Nursery.

Jonathan Cook, Surveyor at CBRE Manchester, said;

“We are delighted to be appointed on One Didsbury Point which occupies an excellent location close to the centre of Manchester and will benefit from investment to fine tune the product from Titanium Real Estate. The market currently offers a very limited supply of Grade A space, and we hope to work closely with Cushman & Wakefield to maximise the building’s occupancy in the coming months.  Demand is strong and we are already in talks with a number of parties”
