After a successful year at Intu Derby, it’s confirmed that FHP Property Consultants have secured another new arrival for the shopping centre, a coffee shop which will open later this summer.
BB’s Coffee and Muffins have signed for a 1,550 sq ft unit at the centre, on the corner opposite Marks and Spencer on the South Mall.
BB’s (short for Bakers & Baristas) began in Australia in 1985 and they now have now over 50 cafés in the UK and Ireland.
Jack Shakespeare of FHP’s retail and leisure team comments:
“It’s great to get the corner reactivated with such a great café offer. It keeps the momentum going of the last 12 months, where new leisure arrivals including Joe’s Kitchen, Yo! Sushi, Krispy Kreme, Byron Burger, Zizzi and MEXIco opened in Eat Central, further enhancing the centre’s leisure offering.
This comes alongside the great news that a Hollywood Bowl and Paradise Island Adventure Golf are due to open in early 2017.”
