Deloitte Real Estate has promoted John Cooper, head of the North West planning team, to partner at its Manchester office.
Cooper joined as a graduate in 1998 and advises on major city centre regeneration projects. His work on notable schemes over a significant number of years, including recent examples such as St. John’s Quarter, has made a vital contribution to some of Manchester’s most transformative residential and commercial developments.
