Prominent period property let in Wellington town centre

Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Clifton House, Mantle Street in the centre of Wellington which is a prominent period property at the end of the High Street.

The property over the years has been used for retail, sales rooms, meeting hall and church and was attractive to a range of different occupiers.  The premises had a ground floor gross internal area of 266.7 m2 (2,870 ft2) and on first floor a gross internal area of 161.7 m2 (1,740 ft2) and was available to let at a rent of £14,950 per annum.
