JLL has continued its success at Nottingham One by completing a 13,000 sq ft letting to an out-of-town occupier – one of the largest floorplates to be secured in the city centre in 2016.

This conincides with Nottingham One being praised for its architectural excellence at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) East Midlands Awards.

Located in the Southside business district with views of the waterfront, Nottingham One will potentially benefit from the £250 million revamp of intu Broadmarch area as Nottingham City Council looks to regenerate the southern gateway into the city.

Ravinder Cheema from the Nottingham offices of real estate advisor, JLL said: “Nottingham One’s highly commended, contemporary design has great curbside appeal, complimented by a prominent strategic location with the Nottingham Transport Hub being on its doorstep and the cities amenities only a short walk away. For occupiers who want a more modern way of working, the light and spacious layout of the floorplates are ideally suited to flexible working and cool, bright break-out areas.”

Ravinder added: “It’s well documented that good quality grade A office space is in short supply in the city centre and we now only have two units remaining in the Nottingham One development, offering 9,676 sq.ft. and 5,863 sq.ft. With strong interest, we are hopeful of reporting further lettings in the near future.
