Speaking about the development, Wilson Bowden Development Manager Henry Henson said “Bardon is a prime East Midlands location to the North of Leicester. The site lies within Interlink Business Park which was originally developed by Wilson Bowden in the early 2000s.

It is now well established as a key logistics park and customers include Laura Ashley, Antalis, Graphic Packaging, Volvo, Bunzl Healthcare and Babcock.

With strong levels of demand for Grade A logistics space in the Leicester area, and indeed the wider East Midlands we are confident of attracting an occupier shortly”
