Humberts have recently let Unit 2 Walford Cross on a new lease. The industrial unit had a gross internal area of 150.27 sq m (1,617 sq ft) with an eave height of 5.64 m (18’5). It had excellent access onto the A38 (Taunton to Bridgwater road) and junction 25 and 24 of the M5 motorway.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial department for Humberts in Taunton comments “we received strong interest for the industrial unit as soon as brought it to the market due to its accessible location and its manageable rent. Interest was received from a range of occupiers from builders looking for storage to car repair mechanics”.
Humberts have also agreed a short term letting on Unit 1 which was available at £3 per sq ft and had an area of 1,335.57 sq m (14,370 sq ft) and included six loading bays and was let for storage.
