Businesses back Bristol’s Brabazon

Three new occupiers have signed up for space at Bristol’s Brabazon Office Park in Filton.

Joint agents BNP Paribas and Alder King Property Consultants acted on behalf of landlord Terrace Hill to let Units 3, 8 and 12 at the development.

Unit 3, a 2,482 sq ft office unit, was let to Third Dimension Software Limited on a new ten year lease, at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft.  Third Dimension Software specialise in non-contact optical metrology solutions and supply clients in the manufacturing industry across the world.

Unit 8, a 1,820 sq ft unit, was let by the consultants to Spires Engineering on a new three year lease, at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft.   Spires is a leading engineering training provider which has offices in Oxfordshire and Bristol.  The company specialises in design methodology for automotive, aircraft and mechanical design engineers and counts Airbus, Atkins and GKN amongst its clients.

And in a third deal Alder King and BNP Paribas let 4,725 sq ft on the ground floor of Unit 12 to Morson Projects, an engineering, project management and design services company.  Morson Projects took the premises on a new five year lease at a rent of £16 per sq ft.

Thomas Dugay, surveyor at Alder King said: “Brabazon’s location in North Bristol was a key draw for these businesses, especially due to the close proximity of businesses such as BAE Systems, Airbus and Rolls Royce.”

Built in 2007, Brabazon Office Park is an established business park in North Bristol.  Its location in Golf Course lane in Filton means it is in close proximity to the A4174, which provides direct access to both Junction 1 of the M32 and Junction 18 of the M4.
