Steel frame goes up for new speculative unit at Gateway 12

This month, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, completed the steel frame on a new 40,500 sq ft speculative unit at its 16 acre Gateway 12 Business Park development at Waterwells in Gloucestershire.

Pete Davies, Senior Development Manager for St. Modwen in the South West, said:

“Set to complete in August, this speculative building will provide 40,500 sq ft of prime warehouse and industrial accommodation and is available for purchase or rent. We have also been granted planning consent to deliver a further three units totalling 138,500 sq ft and we can also deliver purpose built facilities to meet specific requirements.

“Following the completion and success of our nearby Quedgeley West Business Park, our Gateway 12 development is now providing further employment space for companies looking to expand their operations across the South West and take advantage of new market opportunities.”

The £25m Gateway 12 scheme is easily accessible from junction 12 of the M5 and the A40 from Gloucester and once complete will include a 280,000 sq ft Business Park comprising of warehouse, industrial and office units.
