Kempton Carr Croft acquires prime business space at Slough Trading Estate for CLEAN

Acting for its client CLEAN linen services Kempton Carr Croft has acquired 774 Buckingham Avenue on the Slough Trading Estate.

CLEAN have taken the 43,346 sq ft building on a long lease and it will operate its main hub for London and the South East from the unit.

Segro are landlords of the unit.
