Ashville secure major Gloucestershire greenbelt planning consent

CGI of the proposed new development adjoining Ashville Business Park, Staverton

Ashville are pleased to announce that they have successfully secured planning consent for development within the 9 acre greenbelt land adjoining Ashville Business Park, Staverton, Gloucestershire.

This consent will enable the provision of much needed employment land within the area. Working in partnership with Spectrum Medical, Ashville were able to establish a strong case put before the local council that demonstrated how the natural expansion of this site would provide economic land growth prospects for major businesses in the County at a time when employment land is scarce, allowing the development to proceed as quickly as possible.

Spencer Crowder, Director at Ashville commented:

We are delighted to have secured this much needed planning consent to allow local businesses to expand. This new international headquarters development with high quality office and production space along with car showroom facilities will be an exciting new phase of development for Ashville in Staverton.

Mark Drain, founder and Financial Director of Spectrum Medical added:

It was reassuring to have received news on the planning permission which will enable expansion of our business. We have developed a new revolutionary product that can be provided from this modern headquarters facility, securing the future growth of the company.
