RB moves to new offices at Baglan Energy Park, Port Talbot

Leading UK foundation engineering company Roger Bullivant Limited (RB) has moved its South Wales regional office to the Baglan Energy Park in Port Talbot.

RB is part of the worldwide foundation group Soletanche Bachy, specialising in the design and construction of foundations for all types of buildings and structures in all kinds of ground conditions. It has taken a 10 year lease on 2,500 sq ft of offices at Mardon Park.

RB has seven regional specialist centres across the UK with the company’s manufacturing headquarters centrally located in the Midlands.

The company was advised in the move by the Cardiff office of property agents Knight Frank.  Mark Sutton, partner at Knight Frank, said: “We are delighted to have been able to secure modern business park offices for RBL, providing a new home for its well-established South Wales office in Port Talbot.

“We have seen a significant increase in occupier activity in the office market over the last 18 months and this is beginning to put pressure on stock throughout the region. As a result, tenants of all sizes are seeking expert advice and assistance with their expansion and relocation requirements.”

Dave Johnson, Regional Manager of the South Wales operation said: “We continue to grow the business and needed to branch out to new premises. Mardon Park fits the bill perfectly.”
