Bruton Knowles’ Plymouth property team reveals another new appointment

Team Manager Ashleigh Phillips with Property Management Associate Ian Le Grice

Bruton Knowles has further strengthened its Plymouth team with the appointment of Ian Le Grice as Associate to deliver property management services.

This move complements an already successful and highly experienced team which is now able to advise on every aspect of commercial property.

Ashleigh Phillips, Team Manager said: “Ian is the next piece in the puzzle for the office and his expert knowledge and experience in property portfolio management feeds into all aspects of our work.

“Our objective for the office has always been to build an effective team made up of the very best professional surveyors, all of whom have years of experience and extensive knowledge of the south west market and possess the quality attributes and technical skills our clients have come to value.”

He added: “I have taken my time in building a comprehensive team of experts to ensure we get the right people in place. Like the rest of the team, Ian is very well known and respected in south west business circles and has the depth of knowledge and hands on experience businesses can rely on day in day out.”

Ian was formerly with Stratton Creber and London and West Country Estates and before that with the SEGRO real estate group in Slough. He has more than ten years’ experience in the South West regional property market and has managed commercial assets on a number of key estates from mixed use to office and retail.

He said: “For many of the big pension funds and local investors, our role is all about being out on the ground locally where we not only react quickly and efficiently when required but offer a quality of service others would struggle to match – and that is where Bruton Knowles scores.”

Ian joins a strong team which includes well known Plymouth property surveyors Ashleigh Philips – Professional, Glenn Kelly – Valuations, Mark Slade – Agency and Kirk Davidson – Utilities specialist covering every aspect of the regional commercial market.
