Green light for three more warehouse and industrial units at Gateway 12

The UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen has secured planning consent to deliver three new warehouse and industrial units at its 16 acre Gateway 12 Business Park development at Waterwells in Gloucestershire.

Pete Davies, Senior Development Manager for St. Modwen in the South West, said:

“Having sold the first speculative unit to kitchen suppliers ProCook, work is already underway on a second 40,500 sq ft speculative building, which will complete in summer 2016 and is available for purchase or rent.

“This latest planning consent to build another three buildings totalling 140,000 sq ft of warehouse and industrial accommodation will allow development to meet occupier timescales and requirements.

“Developed in phases and easily accessible from junction 12 of the M5 and the A40 from Gloucester, Gateway 12 Business Park is an ideal location for businesses looking to expand their distribution and industrial operations in the region.”

Once complete, the £25m Gateway 12 Business Park will include 280,000 sq ft of warehouse, industrial and office units and is predicted to create around 800 jobs.

Joint agents Ash & Co and Alder King are acting for St. Modwen.
