SHW Investment Agency recently acquired a row of prime retail properties in Truro, Cornwall for a South West-based client.

The shops – each with multi-floor ancilliary areas – comprise 7,020 sq ft and are situated on the busy shopping area of Pydar Street. Existing tenants are Thorntons Plc, Holland & Barrett and Stormfront.

With each of the units categorised with a Creditsafe ‘Low-Risk’ rating, we were still able to put together a deal securing a 6% return.
