Ceri joins Sanderson Weatherall from the Bauer Group, where she spent two years as portfolio manager. In her new role, Morigan is responsible for independently managing a small portfolio of properties as well as assisting the team with all aspects of the department such as dealing with tenant queries, producing client reports and raising service charge demands.

Morigan said: “I chose to apply for Sanderson Weatherall as it has a great reputation within the surveying world and is a company that I had heard a lot of great things about.

“Sanderson Weatherall is also known for having a high success rate for completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification, which I am one year into and working towards achieving over the next 12 months.”
