New joint agents for 1 Redcliff Street

CBRE has been appointed alongside Colliers International to market one of Bristol’s higher profile office buildings, 1 Redcliff Street.
 
The 140,000 sq ft landmark building, owned by SWIP (Scottish Widows Investment Partnership), is set over ground and 13 higher floors and is on a key transport route.
 
Nearly 42,000 sq ft of space is currently available to let, in units of between 1,619 sq ft to 10,416 sq ft at an asking rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
