The Capital Markets team of Knight Frank has brokered a deal to sell three terraces of industrial units on Tewkesbury Business Park for £4,740,000.
Acting on behalf of vendor LaSalle Investment Management, the firm sold the long leasehold of Units 6, 7 and 9 Delta Drive, Tewkesbury to IO2 Propco LLP. The deal reflects a net initial yield of 7.73% and Gerald Eve acted for the purchaser.
Delta Drive is a modern multi-let industrial estate situated on Tewkesbury Business Park, located adjacent to Junction 9 of the M5 Motorway.
