M & G Real Estate, advised by Green & Partners, has agreed a new lease with Shoe Zone in Bristol.
Shoe Zone Retail Limited has signed a 5 year lease for a 2,809 sq ft unit at 81 Broadmead in Bristol city centre, at a rental of £75,000 a year. The unit is arranged over three floors, with the ground floor comprising 1,882 sq ft.
Shoe Zone was represented by Ramsdens and now has over 500 stores in the UK.
