Fletcher Morgan have recently sold a hybrid business unit in Cardiff. 16B Trefor House, Goldames Place, Ocean Way was sold on behalf of a private landlord, to MSS Group. The property with floor area 6,048 sq. ft. comprises a two storey office building with ancillary warehouse / storage accommodation. The purchase price was £525,000 exclusive. JLL acted for the purchasers.
Fletcher Morgan have also recently sold a ground floor retail property at 94 Neville Street, Cardiff, on behalf of landlord ATH Building Contractors. The property was sold to Plaza Property for £220,000.
Fletcher Morgan have also recently completed two lettings in the Cardiff area. Unit 1 Gripoly Mills Retail Park, measuring 4,100 sq ft, was let for £40,000 per annum exclusive, to Happy Home Furnishers (Cloham Ltd). EJ Hales were joint agents on this letting.
Unit 3 and the first floor of Unit 2, of the former Furniture Direct premises at Trade Street, Cardiff, with combined floorspace 27,046 sq ft, were let for £43,000 per annum exclusive, to the Freedom Church, for a term of 10 years.
