Skanska UK is continuing the rapid expansion of its development team with the appointment of Simon Tuddenham as Development Director, and Isabel Simon as Communications Lead
Simon Tuddenham joins from Colliers International where he was a director in the development consulting and agency team. There he was involved in structuring deals with property companies, private investors and public sector bodies in London and South East, covering mixed-use developments.
At Skanska, he will be working alongside Development Director Neal Pickering and Managing Director, Development Andreas Lindelöf to acquire new sites and bring these developments to fruition.
Isabel Simon joins as communications lead, managing internal and external activity on behalf of the team.
