Valad Europe starts £1 million refurbishment works on 34 Lisbon Street in Leeds

Work has started on a £1 million refurbishment to upgrade a 20,050 sq ft office building in Leeds city centre.

34 Lisbon Street is located in the heart of the West End business district and is owned by V+ UK, a fund managed by Valad Europe who is comprehensively refurbishing the entire building. The upgraded space will have comfort cooling, new raised floors, suspended ceilings with LED lighting along with a new imposing entrance foyer and canopy.

Office fit-out specialists Absolute Contract Interiors is carrying out the works which is being project managed by Crowther Turnbull Booth. The refurbishment is scheduled to complete in January 2016.

The building will be enhanced by a new glass entrance to give it even more prominence and presence on the street.”
