Encouraging economic conditions in Exeter have driven South West Property Consultants Vickery Holman to expand their Exeter Team.

Continued investment throughout the recession has paid off for the company who are now larger than they were pre-recession. Employing close to 60 staff across their three South West offices. Chantal Molony has been appointed to join the valuation team alongside Managing Director Mark Pellow and Samantha Johnson.

Chantal has previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Ireland before moving to Exeter 4 years ago, where before being appointed by Vickery Holman she worked for LSL in the corporate client department. Chantal will also be working within the recently expanded agency team, which assistant Nicolas Lycett has also recently joined having studied for a Diploma in Construction at Exeter College, supporting Clare Cochrane and Mike Oldrieve.

Expansion of the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Envoy property management has also led to the relocation of Laura Hathaway who has moved to Exeter to head up the Management team. Laura, who has been promoted to an Associate has worked for Vickery Holman in Plymouth for 10 years and has extensive commercial experience.

An increasing workload for the building surveying team has led to the appointment of graduate Steve Copp, whom will be providing assistance to the rapidly expanding team.

Managing Director Mark Pellow commented ‘We choose chose? to continue our investment in Exeter through some challenging times but it has paid off and enabled us to establish and retain a skilled team on which we are now able to build. We are delighted to welcome, Chantal, Steve, Laura and Nicholas to Exeter who are excellent additions to our team.
