Chesterton Humberts report the sale of a major headquarters building at 150 Priorswood Road Taunton.
John Plimmer commented “This landmark building comprises a three storey office block together with approximately 22,000 square feet of workshop and storage with loading bay etc. It sits on a site of about one acre and is visually prominent from Priorswood Road. We received strong interest from a number of potential occupiers and finally sold it to a locally based company who will shortly take occupation.
“There are relatively few units of this size which come available within the Taunton area and they always appeal to local businesses who have outgrown their existing sites and face the task of finding something bigger without leaving the town. Taunton still lacks a sufficient choice of commercial buildings both new and second hand.”
